This will be a 60 min session split between Chuck Carpenter, certified advanced Rolfer, and Sayaka Carpenter, Director of Instruction for a two-pronged approach to your golf game. Rolfing is a deep tissue manual therapy that is designed to restore range of motion and balance within the body.
Let this game be the little push you need to invest in your health while still doing the sport you love. Self-care should also be fun and sustainable. Limited spaces available.
