Meet Sayaka
Sayaka has been coaching for 7 years and has developed inclusive programs that invite people of all ages and skill levels to jump into the game. She especially aims to create opportunities for both juniors and women to engage in a warm, welcoming environment. For competitive players, she brings the experience of competing at the junior and collegiate level nationally and internationally to help players navigate both the mental and physical aspects of the game. Her coaching style adapts well to suit any kind of player or group, whether a collegiate player, a family group lesson, or a corporate clinic.
Sayaka helps players of all ages develop the tools to analyze and assess their golf swing for themselves. Her golf coaching programs aim to help players adapt their body and mind, to establish a swing they can confidently call their own. Players can sharpen their golf swings by becoming more attuned to their body, harnessing their natural strengths, and mastering their weaknesses. Coaching can be paired with exercises focused on addressing issues of pain, flexibility, or range of motion, with support from physical therapy partners.
This holistic approach aims to de-stress a difficult game, keeping it fun and encouraging players to continue hitting the links and reaping the health, social, and networking benefits golf offers for longer.
